Voice of the Soul - Workshop with Snatam Kaur

The "Light of the Soul" actually exists! It is a very special light that we often can not consciously perceive. To bring forth this radiance and the voice of the soul, we have received the gift of the Shabd Guru, the ancient technique of meditation and chanting, in which the sound itself becomes our teacher.

In Snatam Kaur's Workshop Voice of the Soul, we will first work on our self using effective Kundalini Yoga exercises to open up the energies in our body system. Well prepared in this way, we can then connect with the Sacred Space within ourselves as Snatam Kaur guides us through the beautiful shabad "Darashan Maago", a sacred poem from the Sikh tradition (this Shabad has been released on Snatam Kaur's recent album Beloved). It will give you the ability to master the challenging journey from a sense of personal failure and defeat to self-love and victory.

This workshop is truly special:
Through the "Japa" - the repeated recitation and singing of the sacred sound over a longer period of time - an incredibly deep meditative space is opened, in which the soul begins to shine and sing, the consciousness opens and real transformation becomes possible. In this process, Snatam Kaur accompanies you with her wonderful voice and meditative strength, so that you can have a unique experience!
