JapJi Sahib - Ek Ong Kaar Kaur Khalsa
Song of the Soul
The sacred way of the Sikhs began with Guru Nanak's Japji Sahib, Song of the Soul. Guru Nanak traveled far and wide in the 16th century through what is now northern India, Pakistan, Tibet and southwest Asia sharing this path of universal acceptance, wisdom and love. Wherever he went, he brought together people of all castes and creeds to sing sacred songs celebrating the beauty of life.
Japji Sahib gives us an understanding of the total comprehensive reality of the Divine. It encourages us to live in the flow of our own Infinity as simple, humble householders on this Earth.
This book contains an introduction into the science and wisdom of JapJi Sahib and Guru Nanak, followed by a wonderfully poetic translation of this divine poem into english.
